From 2nd to 4th June 2015 we offer you the unique opportunity to cook with and be guided by our excellent Headchef Raimund Knautz. Regardless if you are an experienced cook or a novice he will teach you all.

 

What you are looking forward to:

Tuesday, 2nd June 2015

Introductory to Raimund’s art of cooking, the hotel kitchen, cooking utensils and procedures

Raimund will then split you into small groups

Basic recipes (Fonds, Soups, Sauces, Bread and Pastries)

 

Wednesday, 3rd June 2015

Meat and Fish Dishes

Side Dishes and Potato Dishes

An insight into our Patisserie

 

Thursday, 4th June 2015

Both groups will prepare a 3 to 4 course dinner menu followed by a tasting

Mr Posch will also do a tasting and then pronounce the ‘winning team’
