
In 1974 Anne and Walter Posch bought the appartment house 'Villa Jedina', they tore it down and started to rebuild and modify it into a hotel.
In summer 1975 the Hotel Tirolerhof was opened, already with underground parking at that time.
At the beginning of the 80s the Family Posch purchased the neighbouring house 'Pension Auersperg', they ran it for a few years and finally also tore it down.
In summer 1985 they started with the shell of the front part of the hotel and open it 1986.
Also in this year their son Christian passed the exams at the tourism school in Kleßheim, Salzburg.
In 1989 the interiour swimming pool was opened and in the same year
on December 17th their first grandson Maximilian was born.
1991 their daughter Monika passed her exams atthe tourism school in Kleßheim, Salzburg.
1993 the restaurant on first floor was built and the bar moved from the lobby to its currant location.
Philipp, their second grand son was born on the 15th Agust.
After Anne and Walter Posch have moved to their house in Thumersbach, Christian refurbished their hotel flat and three example rooms were built.
In spring 1999 the headstone for the Aquarena Vitalwelt was layed - two subsurface floors were built.
In autumn 1999 the completion and opening of the Wellness area followed.
On 23rd May Juliane was born.
In autumn 2002 the whole lobby and bar were gutted and brought to its current appearance (with the additional extension of the conservatory).
Family Posch buys the house at the beginning of the Auerspergstraße and rebuilts it to a staff house.
The last improvement was made in 2008: in spring the roof of the front of the hotel was lifted by 1.2 meters and the rooms with droop adjusted. The bare brickwood for the construction in autumn arises.
At the beginning of October the construction buildings of the new and exclusive 'Elements Panorama Spa' began.
Additionally the stair case in the front part was adapted to the style of the hotel and completely refurbished.
