Yet since 1975 the Tirolerhof in the centre of Zell am See is owned by Family Posch. Till 1997 Anne & Walter Posch run the Hotel and also carry out some Refurbishments as well as Annexes – for example 1989 they opened the indoor Swimming Pool, 1993 the Restaurant on the 1^st Floor is built and the Rooms of the original Building are refurbished in 1997.

In Stages the Hotel is transferred to Karola and Christian Posch who further invest in ‘Details’: 1999/2000 the Aquarena Vital World is constructed as well as the Rooms in the front Part of the Building are refurbished, later on the Elements Panorama Spa is built on the Top of the Hotel – just to mention some of the investments which will assure you a most luxurious and  memorable Stay in the family owned Hotel .
